Make it the day you step in the direction of your goals.
Monday is a great day to look at with renewal and excitement. After a weekend where I hope you rested and refreshed, this is an opportunity to go to work with a plan and purpose. A day to reflect and plan strategy. A day to move forward with the one item you have been putting off, but know it is really good for you to get on the other side of it.
Or, if you haven’t planned yet, a day to reflect on who you are, what you are doing, why you are doing it, where you are and where you want to be next month, next year, and plan accordingly. This could be the day you pick up the phone and ask the client who has not reordered or been in for a while, why and what you or your company can do better. Or, follow up with past clients to say hi and see how they are doing. Build client relationships one at a time. Getting an old client refreshed is much less time and money than finding a new one.
So, what can you do today, Monday to make it a great day and week? One thing? Sometimes one more step in the direction of making your sales goals, is all it takes to kick off the week and start the ball rolling in the right direction. Make it a great day!
